The Internet of Things (IoT) describes the network of physical objects—“things”—that are embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the Internet.
WiderPoV: Connected stuff, that might include things you wear, carry, or have in your body. Those connections? Where the devices talk to people and other devices? They rely on identity systems to find each other, and to trust each other. Trust? Ooh, that’s a good topic for another post.
