Register for the free May 2nd event on Meetup. Wider Team’s Michael Shea will moderate the thirty-sixth panel discussion. The blurb:
Hello folks,
I am happy to announce the first panel discussion in our series on Digital Wallets – Thinking Locally and Globally for Digital Wallets and Identification. Digital wallets and identification are a critical element of a future digital native world. Around the globe governments are investing and trialing different concepts while defining the public policy around these capabilities.
The ability to shift populations and gain (or force) adoption of new public policy positions is linked to the ability of the public sector form of governance. Over the past 20+ years the potential of truly digital economies and societies have been expounded endlessly but the results have been mixed, with a consistent shortfall in the meeting of expectations. High assurant digital identity appears to provide the final missing element to allow full digitalization of society to take place.
Our panelists are:
- Cosanna Preston-Idedia, VP Advisory Services, IDLab Canada
- Jacques von Benecke, CTO, Druk Holdings & Investments, Bhutan
- Bjarke Alling, Principal Advisor, D-Seal
I hope you can join us on May 2nd at 1900 CET [That’s 6pm UK, 1pm Eastern / 10am Pacific].
Best regards,
Michael Shea.
